Every language has its own intonation. Therefore, American English has its own intonation also. It is crucial to learn American Accent Intonation. Intonation refers to the sound melody created by the voice going up (rising) and going down (falling). As a result, every language has its own musical sound. 

There are 3 ways to change your voice for intonation:

  1. Volume – Speak louder or softer
  2. Length – Stretch out a word or shorten it
  3. Pitch – Change your tone
